American Journal of Food Science & Technology Research (AJFSTR) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes original articles related to food science and technology, with topics including but not limited to food chemistry, food microbiology and food biotechnology; physical/chemical/sensory properties of food; food quality and safety; nutraceuticals, functional foods and functional ingredients; environmental, safety and sustainability aspects of food processing.


Licensees may copy, distribute, display and perform the work and make derivative works and remixes based on it only if they give the author or licensor the credits (attribution) in the manner specified by these.
