AJCMicrob is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish articles and reviews on studies of prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms, viruses and small parasites. Topics include but not limited to structure and function, biochemistry, metabolism and its regulation, molecular biology, genetics, genetic engineering, virology, immunology, clinical microbiology, microbial ecology, environmental microbiology, and food microbiology.
Metagenomics articles are especially welcome.
AJCMicrob has been indexed by Chemical Abstracts (CA). CA is edited and published by the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) of the American Chemical Society
